Return Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help! 💕
🛍️ Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition. Tags must still be attached (if applicable), and items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, or any signs of wear.
Please note that final sale items, intimate pieces, and custom or personalized orders cannot be returned.
💌 How to Request a Return
To start a return, simply email us at sam_pecoraro@americancottageco.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to send back. We'll reply with return instructions and our return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund in store credit. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process after approval.
🔁 Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original.
🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at sam_pecoraro@americancottageco.com within 48–72 hours of delivery. Just send us a quick message and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right as soon as possible 💖
